Amanda K. Konfino, Esq.
Attorney Amanda K. Konfino practices corporate law, employment law, and civil litigation in Southern California. Her practice focuses primarily on corporate transactions, from business formation through dissolution. She provides counseling to employers on a variety of issues, including personnel matters, hiring, termination, employee classification, medical and disability leaves. Ms. Konfino also works with clients to prepare and update employee handbooks and related policies, and conducts training for employers on a variety of topics, including sexual harassment. Additionally, Ms. Konfino handles litigation matters for employers, including defending against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment (including sexual harassment), wage and hour issues, retaliation, and breach of contract.
Ms. Konfino received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from California Western School of Law in 2017. She was a double-major in undergraduate school and received two Bachelor of Science degrees, cum laude, in Business Administration: Finance and Management, from the Peter T. Paul School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire.
